Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our Cape Coral clients give us a code or a lockbox. You get an arrival notification and photos when the visit is done, so you can see the work whether you are at home, at work, or up north.

The first visit is a reset: grout, vents, baseboards, inside appliances, hard water on fixtures. After that the recurring visits hold the line, which is why weekly costs less per visit than monthly.
What do you do about salt on the canal side?
Slider tracks get cleared and wiped, canal-facing glass gets done on the interior, and lanai screens and entry rails get a pass. It is part of the standard visit here, not an upcharge.
Can you look after the house while we are up north?
